Characters
Leon Sum
Main character, arealitist. Full name: Leonardo Patrick Sum
"In Leon's opinion, one of the best ways to pass the time was to lie on the internet; chartrooms, according to Leon, were his sole instrument to briefly leave whatever attachments he had to this life, and create an entirely new one." -Chapter7
Roman Rhodes
'Anarchist leader' of the red-and-silvers. Speaks infrequently.
Jonas
Roman's right-hand-man. Mostly does a lot of talking for Roman, and does a lot of the initial Leon-getting. My favorite character in the story.
Christopher "The Pherkin" Kin
'Anarchist leader' of the green-and-golds.
Kyle
Leon's fellow workmate at the arcade. He annoys Leon immensely. "It was true that Kyle could, at times, possess an unhealthy amount of knowledge about certain situations that would otherwise be cryptic to determine." --Chapter4
Laura
Leon's fraternal twin.
Erin
One of Laura's friends.
Kate
One of Laura's friends.
Mary
One of Laura's friends.
Ralphie DosomethingItalian
Leon and Kyle's boss at the arcade.
Susan Carter
One of Leon's fake internet personas. "Miss Susan Carter: female, 17 years old, Senior in High School, and who has an unbearable amount of inner turmoil due to the fact that she has an incredible crush on a fellow female classmate who is undoubtedly straight. It would be a great backdrop. Maybe her father was a pastor, and had perpetual anti-gay talks at the dinner table. Maybe she had gym class with her crush. She wouldn't capitalize any of her words. She would use chat-slang like 'lol' and 'asl.' When asked, Susan would give her name, age, gender, measurements – anything. She would be an insufferably adorable ditz."-Chapter7
Leon does most of his on-line lying under the username "isten." I think I originally wrote 'is_ten' but FP took out the "_"

Mistakes and Inconsistancies
Areality
The 'What Books?' Experiment
"They got together a large group of realitists – like you or I – and a group of arealitists. There were two rooms. One room was a circular room filled with books, all the same color, width and height. The other was a circular room filled with books that differed in color, width and height. Other than this, the rooms were exactly alike. When a realitist was in the uniform book room, they assumed it was filled with the same book. When a realitist was in the differed-book room, they assumed they were all different books. However, when an Arealitist when into either room, the reaction was always the same. 'What books?'"
The teacher later explains that "It could just be that their own definition of books due to their experiences is different from ours. For example, it is only a book when you are reading it. Otherwise, it is not a book."
It
The first official mention of 'it' is in chapter 5 with Jonas handing a note to Leon from Roman: "urWrong.urIt" You're wrong, you're It. Later on, Leon believes that the note starts to change. "Leon looked at the note. It still contained the message 'urWrong.urIt,' only something was different. The letters looked different, as though not written by the same person. True, Leon had no real reference besides his memory, but he could have sworn… Leon specifically remembered the 'r' and 'W' to be different. Before, they were sort of curvy. Now, they were almost unbearably straight and forced looking."--Chapter 7
Misc and Trivia
French Chapter Titles
No reason. I don't know French, so all the translations are courtesy of google.
Walls
Leon likes to look at walls and doesn't think their boring, until in the second half of the story. Lead to believe it has something to do with areality, but not explicitely stated.
First Fight
The first fight at the end of Chapter 2 was between a guy named Jack, and a guy named Darren.
D'Neronique et d'égoïsme
The author named on all chapters is listed as "D'Neronique et d'égoïsme"... yeah, I don't know.
